2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader – Spa who will assist the Health Club team in in the achievement of the smooth and efficient running of the Health Club Department within the Rooms Division.

In this role, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will assist in the design the spa menu and packages, organize and conduct skill and product training, and liaise with all spa suppliers. You will be immersed in the creation of the Spa Departmental Operations Manual and establish the policies and procedures within your scope.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally holding a DOH or TESDA license as Spa Therapist.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as spa assistant manager or team leader, with exposure in guest relations, spa menu design and spa operations.
·  With strong customer service skills and ability manage a team of outsourced therapists
