Job description
As a Team Leader – Housekeeping, you are responsible for supervising the daily operations of the guestroom cleaning team to ensure exceptional cleanliness, comfort and presentation in accordance with Hyatt’s global brand standards. You will lead by example, uphold hygiene and safety protocols, and support the delivery of a seamless and caring guest experience in every room.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· High school diploma or equivalent; formal housekeeping or hospitality training is a plus.
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
· Working knowledge of housekeeping systems.
· Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to lead under pressure.
