2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader – Spa who will assist the Health Club team in in the achievement of the smooth and efficient running of the Health Club Department within the Rooms Division.

In this role, you are responsible for the supervision of Health Club Department. This includes the smooth operation of the activities and maintenance of equipment in Fitness Centre.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will help create the Fitness Center and Spa Departmental Operations Manual and establish the policies and procedures within your scope.

Desired profile

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience in spa operations of a similar property in a similar role.
·  Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
