Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Supervisor - Pool is responsible for ensuring that the designated workplace is managed efficiently, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to the guests. Safety and hygiene standards must be adhered to at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
·  Work experience at Poolside/F&B Outlet in the hotel/restaurant industry is preferred.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
