Teamleader Gallery / Front Office

Are you ready for your story at a different place?
· You will be responsible to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to create memorable guest experiences in the Gallery
· Your duties will include the arrival and departure processes, providing information to our guests, as well as some Food & Beverage services
· Your main focus will be on the Gallery Host Stand (Front Office), however you are also responsible for our Food & Beverage outlets (restaurant, bar and meeting places) together with the Teamleaders Gallery / F&B
· You will coach and support the Gallery Hosts during the shifts
· You will deal with all complaints and prevent them from happening again

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who are you?
·  You have great language skills in English and preferably Dutch as well
·  You have a minimum of 1 year work experience as a Supervisor Front Office or similar, ideally added with Food & Beverage hotel experience
·  You are familiar with preferably Micros and OPERA
·  You are a good trainer and able to multitask within the Front Office and all the different F&B outlets
·  It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts and weekends
·  You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel
·  You are eager to learn and grow
·  You are ready for a new challenge!
