As a Steward, you will be responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties and the operation of both the pot-washing and dishware machines.
You will ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
An ideal canddiate will possess:
· Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene
· 1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
