Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle, opened in 2021, is the first hotel of the Hyatt Regency brand in Switzerland. Located in the sustainable The Circle district at Zurich Airport, it offers 255 hotel rooms, the Babel Restaurant and the Bar Iris. Embark on a Lebanese culinary journey at Babel Restaurant and prepare expertly crafted mezze dishes for a unique lunch or dinner experience for our guests. As Sous Chef you support the Chef de Cuisine in the daily operations in the Babel Kitchen. You make sure the team is keeping the quality on high level and the dishes are leaving the kitchen on time. From your role you are training and developing the Team and you make sure that we work according to the ISO22000 standards.

Do you have a strong background in the kitchen for the past years in a hotel? You have a strong personality to drive the team towards operational excellence? You are fluent in English? You are creative and hands-on? Then we are looking for you!
