Job description
· Assist in managing day-to-day security operations and enforcement of security protocols
· Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
· Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
· Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments
· Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
· Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations
· Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., police, fire department) when required
· Support emergency response procedures and crisis management
· Maintain security records, logs, and documentation
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
· Minimum (2–5) years of experience in security operations or related role
· Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
· Strong knowledge of security systems and procedures
· Good communication and report-writing skills
· Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
· Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call when needed
