Your Responsibilities

· Achieve annual departmental targets.
· Maintain and grow strong business relationships.
· Manage corporate accounts before, during, and after their stay.
· Keep a regular overview of all current and future bookings .
· Review account productivity on a regular basis.
· Ensure timely handling of all inbound inquiries (RFPs, calls, emails).
· Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies .
· Conduct regular competitor checks and market monitoring.
· Provide support to the Director of Sales & Marketing .
· Identify and prioritize core customer segments .
· Further develop and refine sales strategies .
· Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales promotions .
· Organize and attend client events on a regular basis.
· Participate in trainings and continuous learning.

Your Profile

· Completed vocational training in upscale/luxury hospitality.
· Sales and marketing experience in an events department or in hospitality.
· Strong negotiation skills , flexibility , and willingness to travel .
· Excellent organizational skills , attention to detail , perseverance, and accuracy.
· Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
· High customer and service orientation .
· Very good German and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
