The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the third-party restaurant which Park Hyatt Seoul operates, and is individually profitable, in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
This position is ranked from as Department Head level, and will report to the EAM – Food & Beverage.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
· Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
· Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
· Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
· Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
