The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Assistant Manager who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the third-party restaurant which Park Hyatt Seoul operates. This position assists the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates in alignment with its concept and Hyatt International standards.

This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager, and will report to the Restaurant Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
·  Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
·  Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
·  Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
·  Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
