Create calm and comfort in the heart of the city. As a Pool Attendant, you’ll ensure our pool area is always welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. Your friendly presence and attention to detail will help guests relax and enjoy their experience to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet all guests at the pool area with a warm, friendly welcome.
· Prepare and arrange towels, sun loungers, and amenities for guest comfort.
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, lounge area, and facilities throughout the day.
· Assist guests with basic poolside requests, such as setting up chairs or offering refreshments.
· Monitor the supply of poolside amenities and coordinate replenishment as needed.
· Ensure used towels are collected and fresh ones are readily available at all times.
· Support the wider service team by communicating guest needs and preferences.
