- Participate in the development of new recipes for pastry and bakery - Responsible for supervision and collaboration, regarding the preparation of the kitchen: cleaning - It is responsible for the good presentation of the dishes and their adequate temperature, according to the quality standards - Ensure that food preservation is carried out in compliance with current regulations.
