Life Guard Attendant - Park Hyatt Jakarta

Job description

· Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
· Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
· Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond to inquiries.
· Perform rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.
· Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.
· Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.
· Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.
· Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.
· Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Current lifeguard certification (CPR, First Aid, and AED).
·  Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
·  Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
·  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
