Job description

Join Hyatt International EAME and assist the legal department in all aspects of corporate legal practice. Your responsibilies will include:

· Prepare and submit legal library filings.
· Draft routine legal documents and support senior attorneys in all aspects of complex commercial transactions.
· Provide support with document printing, binding and execution.
· Supports senior attorneys with respect to legal research
· Courteous interaction with Hotel level personnel to assess and address legal support needs
· Courteous interaction with development professionals in preparation and review of routine transaction documents

General

· To provide a courteous and professional service and cooperation at all times
· To attend and contribute to all Meetings as required
· To attend training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge
· To adhere to the statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Employee handbook and the office policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
· To ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
· To respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the office, industry and company

Other

· Additional duties and responsibilities may be added as required
· This assignment will be limited to approx 7 months to cover for a maternity leave replacement (August to February)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
·  The candidate must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
·  The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English. German fluency highly desirable
·  Excellent organizational skills are essential to the position
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  The candidate must demonstrate initiative and an eagerness to learn
·  The position will require the successful candidate to become proficient in industry specific practices and procedures
·  Capable of professional and confidential interactions with senior management
·  Culturally sensitive, energetic, personable and reliable
·  Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a team environment
