「アンバウンド コレクション by Hyatt」の国内2軒目となるホテルを東京・虎ノ門に2023年秋に「ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズ（HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS）」として開業いたしました。日本建築の美意識と実用性を兼ねた新タイプのラグジュアリーホテルになります。

【主な業務内容】 同じHyattグループのアンダーズ 東京とホテル虎ノ門ヒルズの全料飲施設における予約受付業務および付随するお客様対応業務を 予約チームの監督者として、サービス基準と生産性レベルを維持しながら対応頂きます ●電話による各種レストラン予約受付 ●予約管理システムへのゲスト情報の入力およびアップデート、ならびに関係部署への共有 ●ゲストからのEメールによる各種問い合わせへの対応 ●ゲスト対応、アップセル技術、複雑なリクエスト対応についてチームメンバーへの教育・指導 ●週間・月間の予約レポート（予約状況、カバー数、チャネル実績）作成 ●ノーショー率、キャンセルパターン、予約トレンドを分析し、戦略的意思決定をサポート　他

夜勤もなく残業も少ない業務となりますので、ホテル経験者で今後は安定的な時間帯で勤務し、プライベートとの両立を図りたい方や、未経験者でホテルの仕事に挑戦されたい方も歓迎します。

【Job Description】

【Primary Responsibilities】
As the supervisor of the Reservations Team, you will manage reservation intake and related guest service operations across all food and beverage facilities at Andaz Tokyo and Hotel Toranomon Hills, both part of the Hyatt Group. You will ensure service standards and productivity levels are maintained.

● Handling various restaurant reservations via telephone
● Input and update guest information into reservation management systems and share with relevant departments
● Respond to various guest inquiries via email
● Train and mentor team members on guest service, upselling techniques, and handling complex requests
● Prepare weekly and monthly reservation reports (booking status, covers, channel performance)
● Analyze no-show rates, cancellation patterns, and reservation trends to support strategic decision-making, among other duties

Desired profile

Qualifications :

●基本的なPC操作（エクセル・ワード）が出来る方

●日常会話レベル以上の英語力および日本語力

●ホテル経験者優遇

●予約受付の実務経験をお持ちの方 優遇

*Basic PC skills (Words & Excel).

*Working knowledge of English and Japanese.

*Previous experiences in guest services in hotels are welcome.

*Previous experiences as reservation staff are welcome.
