The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in order to maximise guest satisfaction. Opportunities currently exist for Room Attendants as well as a Laundry Attendant.

Working within Housekeeping, you will be required to work on a rotating roster where required, encompassing Rooms, Linen, Laundry and Public Areas where you will conduct cleaning duties ensuring a courteous, professional and efficient service.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we are looking for
·  Available to work on weekends
·  Minimum 12 months experience in large laundry environment or within Rooms
·  An understanding of safe lifting practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential
·  Willing to learn all areas of housekeeping
·  Good communication skills
·  Ability to work effectively within a team environment
·  Experience in a 5 star environment is preferred
