This is an exciting opportunity for an event and catering professional who has a passion and wealth of experience in managing banquet operations, particularly in a luxury hotel group or high-end restaurant with exquisite standards. The Event Service Manager will be responsible for efficiently running the events in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. In addition, you can draw your team members naturally to create authentic & professional relationships, particularly with guests. This position will also coordinate all aspects of F&B or event space execution for related group events and prepare to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the event.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Working experience within Hyatt Hotel is preferred
· Ideally with a relevant Degree, Apprenticeship, or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience as Event Service Manager or Banquet Catering Manager in a luxury hotel brand or restaurant.
· Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
· Strong people management, communications, and leadership skills.
· Great Knowledge of VIP event management.
· Organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
