Internship VIP - Guest Relation

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

Responsibilities & objectives:


Make Guest Experience management a priority for every department

Pre-arrival emails, post-stays emails & courtesy calls for loyalty Program members

· Oversee all VIP arrivals and departures

· Welcome and escort all Elite et VIP members at check-in and check-out

· Collect useful information from other Hyatt properties and action

Coordinate different services to put in place Amenities

· Answer and anticipate guest needs for their stays

· Make or change room assignments according to guests requirements

· Room inspection for Top Tier Elite members and above

· Manage complaints of Loyalty Program Elite members & VIPs

· Presence and networking in the Regency Club

C Create a special and personalized relationship with guests

I Identify regular guests and perform a special service

· Interact everyday of guests stays

Analyze customers feedbacks to improve guest experience and provide strategic direction

Hold a weekly meeting for VIPs with departments managers

· Reports to the VIP Manager

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for a motivated intern who is a quick learner, and speaks & writes well in English and French.
S/he should ideally have an experience with Opera ( but not mandatory if motivated to learn )
S/he should be able to work under supervision with an accuracy as representing VIP team to take good care of the most important clientele of the hotel
S/he should be able to work duration of min 5-6 months
