Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To function as the Hygiene Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that hygiene standard of all the outlets and banquets production and service within the Hotel.
