Job description

The Hygiene Clerk is fully responsible that the hotel food production and storage area comply with local laws and Hyatt Hygiene standards. He/she is conducting daily spot checks. He/she is will conduct hygiene related training with hands out and attendance record. He/she will write daily reports to inform supervisor of hygiene status.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 years' experience, 5* Hotel experience is an advantage, Training skills, English speaking an advantage, Diploma from a recognized institute or specific, trained for a specific task
