Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be seeking an entry level role to follow a career in Human Resources, so previous hotel operational experience is advantageous. Being the face of our HR team, you will possess a positive, outgoing personality, be well groomed and enjoy assisting our colleagues on a daily basis. This role includes processing payroll, so ideally you will enjoy working with numbers and have a great eye for detail.

Desired profile

University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees. Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
