Human Resources Assistant

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, assisting the Human Resources team with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Human Resources management.

Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.

French & English are required.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
