Team Leader - Housekeeping
Salary: £31,497 + Tronc

Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader role
· Assigns responsibilities to room attendants and porters via Hot SoS.
· Deploy staff to specific areas.
· Assist with housekeeping morning briefing.
· Coordinate and liaise with other related Departments.
· Make daily inspections of all assigned areas in absence of Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper
· Conduct flash inspections whilst performing your normal daily duties inspecting guest bedrooms.
· Check and control the stock issued to team to ensure they have the tools required to complete their tasks to Hyatt standards.
· To ensure daily housekeeping operation runs smoothly.
· To follow-up on job order issued to Engineering Dept through Hot SoS.
· To handle guest complaints.
About You
As a Team Leader you have a solid background in housekeeping and a clear understanding of what it takes to uphold high standards in a premium hotel environment. You bring a calm, steady presence. You know how to set expectations, support your colleagues, and keep morale high even on the busiest days. You communicate clearly, step in where needed, and lead by example whether that's coaching a new team member, coordinating room priorities, or resolving an unexpected issue with professionalism and care. Your approach blends operational discipline with genuine hospitality, helping your team deliver a seamless guest experience from check‑in to check‑out.
