Keep track of the quality of the cleaning services, control rooms in departure, in sleepy and cover and save them, manage requests and claims of customers with discretion and efficiency, ensure the transmission of information between day and evening. Participate in the management of the floors: ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks

Qualifications :

Training in hotel management or similar experience.

A good command of the English and French languages

Good sense of listening, hospitality and diplomacy

Good resistance to stress
