Job description
· You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
· You will be responsible to assist to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the room and public cleaning and maintenance of hotel.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· 2 years work experience in hotel operation will be an asset.
· Management skill of all supply and linen inventory.
· General computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc) are a must.
· Hotel program knowledge (Opera, HotSOS, etc) will be an asset.
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
· Fluent in both Korean and English.
· This position will be operated with shift work schedule.
