The Housekeeping Team is responsible for creating a personalised guest experience during the stay of Hotel guests and visitors. This Team cooperates closely with the Guest Services and Food & Beverage Teams, ensuring that the guest preferences are noted and utilised to provide guests with the overall stay that reflects their personal needs. In addition, the Housekeeping Team will look for ways in which guests' in-room experience can be improved, both now and in the future.
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and associated areas. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
· accountable for the arrival and departure experience
· works with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction
· accountable for room readiness & cleanliness including maintenance
· identify guest's needs by taking their interests and complaints seriously
· handle all guest enquiries and requirements
· hand in all lost property
