You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Guest Services is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Department within the Rooms Division, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1-2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
