Guest Services Officer
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Guest Services Officer to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries and requests, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the high standards of service and professionalism expected at our resort.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star resort
· Excellent guest service skills, polite, professional, and service-oriented
· Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
· Team player with a pleasant personality and positive attitude
· Organized, flexible, and able to work in shifts
· High standards of personal grooming and hygiene
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Committed to guest satisfaction and brand service standards
