Develops and maintains a high level of communication with all major sources of business and advises the Reservation Manager and Revenue Analyst to feedback where necess. Processes all reservation requests by phone, mail or fax, and RESERVE system, promptly and accurately to established standards.
Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
