You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The job includes handling all incoming calls from external/internal guests through Email, SMS, and SNS. Also, involves in handling room reservations, dining reservations, and in-house guests inquiries.
· Demonstrate fluency in English and/or Chinese. The ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.
· Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
· Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests.
· Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Previous experience in using hotel property management and reservation systems will be an added advantage.
