You refer to the Guest Service Supervisor
Your Assets :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
· French, English are mandatory.
· Computer skills in MS Office, email, Opera are required.
Your Scope :
· Respond to customer requests (telephone + Zingle)
· Follow up requests via Hotsos
· Make reservations for VIP customers
· Follow up daily the We Care and their update
· Take room service orders
