Job description
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing professional and friendly front desk service to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role supports Front Office operations by handling guest check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs throughout their stay.
· Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently according to hotel procedures.
· Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
· Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and operations.
· Handle guest feedback or concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or guest service in a hotel environment.
· Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
· Friendly personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
