You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Grand Club Manager is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club / Executive Lounge.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Duty Manager or Guest Services Manager in a hotel.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
