Please indicate the position you are applying for in the Front Office.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Front Office Host / Guest Service is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk / Concierge / Guest Service Center within the Front Office / Rooms Division.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in hotel operations. Excellent communication skills in English / Chinese, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, are essential.
