デンマークのデザイナーユニット「スペース・コペンハーゲン」が手がけたホテル虎ノ門ヒルズは、美しいパノラマ眺望をご覧いただきながら、日本美が調和したスタイリッシュな空間で心地よい上質な時間をご自身のスタイルにてお過ごしできるホテル。コンセプトは虎ノ門ヒルズという“街”に開かれたホテル。 205の客室と2層構造のラウンジに加え、欧州スターシェフ監修のレストラン＆カフェバーを備えます。

東京初進出のアンバウンド コレクション by Hyatt 「ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズ」にて以下の業務を募集をいたします。

*フロント業務Front Desk Operations

Hotel Toranomon Hills, designed by the Danish design unit Space Copenhagen, is a hotel where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views while spending comfortable, high-quality time in stylish spaces harmonized with Japanese beauty, tailored to your own style. The concept is a hotel open to the “city” of Toranomon Hills. In addition to 205 guest rooms and a two-level lounge, it features a restaurant and café bar supervised by a European star chef.

We are recruiting for the following positions at Hotel Toranomon Hills, the first Unbound Collection by Hyatt property in Tokyo.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

・フロントデスク経験2年以上の方

・英語での接客応対が出来る方

・顧客満足の実現に熱意をお持ちの方

・ゲストのご要望に応えるため、柔軟に思考、行動できる方

・At least 2 years of experience at the front desk
・English speaking customer service skills.
・Passionate about customer satisfaction.
・Flexibility to think and act flexibly to meet guests' needs.
