*We are currently looking for an ambitious Host to join our Front Office team at the Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill.
Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is an international 5* hotel nestled on the picturesque gardens of Portman Square, just 100 meters north of Marble Arch and Oxford Street.
About the role:
The Front Office Team is responsible for overall arrival and departure experience of the Hotel guests and visitors. This Team cooperates closely with the Reservations, Telecommunication, Housekeeping and the F&B teams, ensuring that the guest preferences are noted and utilised to provide guests with the overall stay that reflects their particular needs. In addition, the Front Office Team will look for ways in which guests' arrival and departure experience can be enhanced.
The Front Office Host will be responsible for creating a memorable arrival and departure experience for our guests.
Daily tasks and responsibilities of this role include:
· Handling all aspects of guest arrivals and departures
· Maintaining a warm and friendly manner with each interaction, whilst ensuring efficiency during busy check in and check out periods
· Promoting hotel amenities as well as food and beverage outlets and services
· Providing all required information about available services and facilities in the hotel
· Dealing with guest queries providing the highest level of customer service at all times
· Handling all cash transactions and billing in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
