You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Director is responsible to function as the Business Director and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience on the Department Head / Director level. Good operational, budegting, manpower planning and administrative skills are a must. Experience in international / branded luxurious Food and Beverage operation will be an added advantage.
