Food and Beverage Attendant - Events - Casual

Job description

· To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests.

· Works closely with team members to support each other to create wonderful events for guests.
· To contribute to a positive collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team in a flexible and supportive manner, focusing on the guest experience

· Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required.
· To be responsible for the organisation of the dispense bar prior to and during service.
· Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible.
· To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best.

Desired profile

·  Preferable experience in the hotels, restaurants or events

·  Current NSW RSA Competency Card

·  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
·  Basic knowledge in wine, beer and spirits
·  Able to carry three plates with a service cloth
