To provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in accordance with the hotel's standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction. The F&B Server is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in the restaurant or outlet, ensuring guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience. The role supports the smooth daily operation of the outlet while maintaining cleanliness, service standards, and strong teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
