Job description



Assists to ensure that the Food & Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.

Organises regular meetings with Outlet Managers, departmental trainers and Training department in regards to all training matters.

Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Assists in the development of a comprehensive Training Plan of all training activities for the year and reviews the plan quarterly with the EAM - Food and Beverage/Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Conducts and documents on-job-training for the new F&B employees

Assists Training department to implement and evaluate F&B Divisional training and development programmes.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Essential for candidates to have comprehensive knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to perform detailed and accurate Training Needs Analysis and market the need for Training
Will have previous experience in developing detailed skills-training materials
Will be focused on paying attention to detail and working with colleagues to address operational training needs
Basic food and beverage service skills
Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages
Holds diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable.
Two to Three years work experience as Service Staff in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable.
