レストランにおけるスムーズなオペレーションの遂行
マネジメント全般（売上管理、スタッフ育成、勤怠管理など）
各種プロモーションイベント・メニューの考案と実施
チームワークを育み、チーム全体で高いサービス基準を維持する

Support smooth daily restaurant operations
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales control, staff development, and attendance management
Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menu initiatives
Foster teamwork and maintain high service standards across the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Proven management experience in the Food & Beverage division, with hands-on experience in restaurant
Extensive knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverages
Excellent leadership and training skills with a team-oriented mindset
Intermediate or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written communication required)
Intermediate PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel

料飲部門におけるマネジメント経験およびレストランでの実務経験必須
料理、ワイン、ビバレッジに関する豊富な知識と実務経験
チームを主体に考えて行動できる方
チームを支える卓越したサービススキルとトレーニング能力
中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力（業務上の読み書き・会話が可能な方）
Word・Excelを中心とした中級レベルのPCスキル
