The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of professionals. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and developing innovative menus that delight our guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
·  Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized institution.
·  Exceptional culinary skills with a strong emphasis on quality, presentation, and creativity.
·  Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
·  Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
·  In-depth knowledge of international and local cuisines, as well as current culinary trends.
