Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or 4 years work experience as Executive Sous chef in upscale property with multiple food and beverage venues and events.
·  Experience leading multiple outlets
·  Luxury Hotel and Operations background
·  Demonstrated ability to show creativity in execution of culinary experiences
·  Experience managing a budget, including food costs, efficient purchasing, labor costs
·  Ability to forge and maintain positive relationships with vendors and industry partners
·  Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
·  Proven leadership skills
·  Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume operation, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and colleague relations, and ability to improve the bottom line
·  Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
·  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
·  Experience collaborating with all stakeholders, including colleagues, owners, corporate representatives and guests
·  Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diversity
·  Experience with timekeeping systems and staff schedules
·  Coach and counsel employees to reflect Park Hyatt Standards and Procedures
·  Must be up to date with common hygiene practices and procedures
