Your focus will be to position the design, size and breathtaking views of our rooms and suites as the must see destination for anyone traveling to Mexico City on business and leisure, or ideally a combination of both! At the same time anchoring the Mexican culinary heritage journey in our food and beverage hot spots within the affluent local community. And finally, celebrating our Wellness and Spa program as the most pampering and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity in Polanco.

Grounded in our Purpose to “care for People so they can be their Best,” a Director of Engineering is responsible for bringing this Purpose to life through the execution and delivery of the Hyatt brand and brand experiences across all stakeholders: guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.

· Minimum 2 years' experience as Director of Engineering in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.

· Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

· Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Fluency in English and Spanish is a most.
