Job description
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan: owned, paid and earned media. Strengthen customer relationships through Paid Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel and competitors' presence on social media for performance enhancement.
· Maximize revenue from PPC, Google Ads, SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search and other performance marketing activities based on hotel business priorities, seasonality and marketing plan.
· Assist in management of websites, ensuring that content is accurate, SEO optimized, up to date and in line with brand standards.
· Assist in planning, managing and executing digital marketing activities to drive demand and bookings to Brand.com.
· Report and review monthly brand website performance, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
· Management of local listings like Google My Business and Trip Advisor
· Monitor and evaluate website traffic, YOY performance, promotions tracking, etc.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· A master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.
· 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
· Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation for hotels or similar businesses.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive online visibility and engagement.
