As a Commis Waiter/Waitress at the 1901 Restaurant at the Andaz London Liverpool Street, I provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service. Dedicated to my work, I pay attention to details and deliver the Andaz promise and according to the established Hyatt International standards.

The 1901 restaurant is set in the beautiful Original Ballroom of the former Great Eastern Hotel. This magnificent Grade II listed room provides a stunning setting for our guests to enjoy a full English breakfast buffet, complete with fresh juices & shakes and pancakes & waffles, or their choice of eggs freshly cooked to order.

Within the Andaz London Liverpool Street I find an environment that is fun, creative, open to change and new ideas, often finding inspiration through our own ideas or experience.
