料理長を補佐し、鉄板焼きレストランの調理全般の運営に携わります。特別な体験をお客様に提供しながら、質の高い水準を確保し、健全な運営をサポートしていただきます。柔軟性を持って、チームワークを重んじるチーム育成をお願します。

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

ホテル、レストランでの経験2年以上

ラグジュアリーブランドでの経験があれば尚可

キッチンにおける衛生規範や労働衛生と労働安全基準に対する豊富な知識を有すること

基本的なPCスキルを有すること

Minimum 2 years work experience as Commis Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
