Job description

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests. The Commis Chef is expected to prepare high-quality food products and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that aligns with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Hands on cooking at least in one particular cuisine from South East Asian (Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Burmese, Cambodian). Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred

2 years of work experience as a Commis Chef or 3 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.

Basic culinary skills.

Good hygiene knowledge.
