About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you will support the daily culinary operations, contributing to the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with Hyatt's elevated standards. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where your discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences.
We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and committed to continuous learning — someone who takes pride in creating memorable dining moments for our guests.

Qualifications :
Main Responsibilities
· Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
· Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during service in a fast-paced environment.
· Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
· Manage ingredients and storage areas following safety and cleanliness protocols.
· Support mise en place and maintain an organized workstation.
· Prepare dishes adapted to allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements.
· Collaborate with Demi Chefs, Chefs de Partie, and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
· Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the kitchen environment.
· Demonstrate a positive, respectful, and proactive attitude within a multicultural team.
Qualifications
Requirements
· At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar culinary role.
· Basic culinary training and strong foundational cooking skills.
· Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations .
· Ability to follow instructions and consistently reproduce designated dishes.
· Experience working with allergy‑friendly and dietary‑specific menus.
· Spanish language level B2 or above .
· Valid Spanish residency and legal work authorization (mandatory).
